I used to be a breakfast hater, now, I'm a lover. What could be better than waking up to breakfast being ready? Not much, really.
Slow cooker oatmeal
1.5 cups oatmeal(not the instant kind)
1 granny smith apple(cored and peeled then shredded or thinly sliced)
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp brown sugar
2 T raisins
4 cups cold water
Mix it all together and put it in your slow cooker for 6 hours on low and PRESTO...wake up to breakfast
