Hello Mary Sue--
When I was an RA at Iowa, we had to schmooze our residents to get them to keep thier rooms clean and let them be showed to potential students. Then, when we opened the door, I prayed that the residents hadn't had a party the night before and had 3 people shacking in thier room. Why didn't you use this idea at Iowa? It would have made my job so much easier.
The University of Michigan is paying people to keep thier rooms clean.
